Are your coffees safe for people with nut allergies?
Our coffees are entirely nut-free, with all nut flavors being artificial. This ensures there’s no risk of nut allergies or cross-contamination.
How do you decaffeinate your coffee?
We use the European Process, an indirect-solvent method, to decaffeinate our coffee. First, the beans are soaked in near-boiling water, extracting the coffee's natural flavors and oils. The water is transferred, and the beans are washed with a solvent that binds to the caffeine. After heating to evaporate the solvent and caffeine, the beans are reunited with the water to reabsorb the natural oils and flavors, preserving the coffee's rich taste.
How much coffee should I use per cup?
We recommend using 1½ to 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds for each 8-ounce cup.
