Amana Butterscotch Caramel Coffee
INGREDIENTS
10 ounces Amana Highlander Grogg Coffee
2 pinches cinnamon
1 ounce butterscotch syrup
1 ounce heavy whipping cream or half and half
1 tablespoon caramel sauce
Optional garnishes: whipped cream, additional caramel sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Brew the coffee and pour into a mug. Add 1 pinch of cinnamon, butterscotch syrup, cream, and caramel sauce and stir. Add whipped cream on the top, drizzle with caramel sauce and add a pinch of cinnamon before serving.

Amana Hot Buttered Rum Coffee
INGREDIENTS
For mix:
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For cocktail:
2/3 cup Amana Spiced Butter Rum Coffee
2 tablespoons batter
Optional garnishes: whipped cream, cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Place brown sugar and butter in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 minute. Whisk in spices and vanilla. To make the cocktail add two tablespoons of the batter with 2/3 cup hot coffee. Stir, top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
