Brewing Instructions
- Use 2 rounded teaspoons per 8 ounces of water.
- Steep 5-7 minutes with boiling water.

Ice Tea
- Follow the rules for making hot tea, but use 50% more tea to allow for melting ice.
- Pour hot brewed tea over ice.
Storing Your Tea
On average, a bag of tea will last for 2 years. Your tea should be stored at room temperature away from moisture, preferably in an air tight container and away from direct sunlight for best flavor retention and freshness.
