Guide to Cold Brew Coffee

Delicious chilled coffee in 6 easy steps!

Step 1: Use good beans! (We are biased, but it's Amana coffee for us)

Step 2: Select the correct ratio. Coffee for one? We recommend 1/2 cup of ground coffee to 4 cups of water. (Helpful hint: Cold brew stays good in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks, so make extra if you'd like)

Step 3: Grind the beans coarsely and place them into a strainer bag before steeping. No strainer bag? Here's a tip; put your coffee grounds directly into the water and pour your coffee through a filter after steeping.

Step 4: Steep for 12-14 hours in the fridge.

Step 5: Add your own flair! Cold brew is not an exact science so you can try out various spices, extracts or sweet syrups with your creation. After you find your own personal preferences, you will have a summer full of fantastic cold brew coffee!

Step 6: Sip, enjoy, repeat!
